NDL Group Inc. opened in 2003 specializing in commercial general contracting and commercial engineering. NDL Group’s services include: land entitlements, pre-construction, design build services, commercial construction, commercial building tenant improvements, service work order contracting, owner representation services and much more.

NDL Group holds various unlimited Nevada and Arizona State Contractor’s licenses allowing them to perform commercial ground up construction, framing, drywall, concrete, foam roofing and building envelope maintenance for commercial businesses. By self-performing multiple trades, NDL Group is able to control the schedule and pass additional savings on to the client.

NDL Group Inc. continues to have long standing relationships with some of the most prestigious property managers, property owners and brokerage firms in Nevada. Clients include: Colliers International, Sun Property Management, Cushman Wakefield and KITE Realty Group. NDL is also proud to perform services for various long standing clients such as Republic Services, College of Southern Nevada, LVVWD/SNWA and Ocean Spray.
